The challenge
Technical tools often grow around the structure of their data and systems. Tracker needed an interface that helped people navigate information, understand status, and move through their work with greater clarity.
My contribution
I led UX and interface design work, using user interviews, wireframes, and interactive prototypes to explore a more usable dashboard experience. My work included data visualization, notifications, responsive layouts, and light and dark interface treatments.
Design approach
Connect the dashboard to user tasks
User interviews and usability work helped ground the redesign in how people needed to find and use information. I used prototypes to make those workflows tangible for discussion and iteration.
Create a consistent interface system
I brought common treatment to navigation, dashboard elements, and status information, supporting a coherent experience across screens.
Explore the experience across contexts
Responsive prototypes and light and dark treatments helped examine how the interface behaved beyond a single desktop view.

What I delivered
The project produced an interactive, responsive design direction for the tool, with dashboard and notification patterns that could be reviewed and tested with stakeholders.
The design lesson
A strong enterprise interface translates technical complexity into an understandable working environment. The design needs to support decisions as well as display information.
