About

I’m Jason Doherty, a designer with decades of experience crafting intuitive, scalable digital products. I blend UX strategy, storytelling, and systems thinking to solve complex design challenges—hands-on, collaborative, and always adapting.
Equally comfortable leading teams or designing hands-on, I’ve worked across startups, agencies, and public-sector platforms—building everything from animated one-pagers to complex, multilingual systems. I focus on clarity, accessibility, and crafting design that performs beautifully in the real world.

Summary

I’ve led design for enterprise dashboards at AstraZeneca, led a redesign of the enterprise class BC Hydro website, modernized government platforms for Alberta Child Services, and helped shape analytics tools for Major League Baseball at Google.
From early-stage startups to large-scale public systems, I bring deep UX maturity and exceptional clarity & timely delivery.
