TBS Tracker | Security compliance tool
2024
Client
Treasury Board Secretariat, Government of Canada
The Challenge
Client: Treasury Board Secretariat
Role: UX Consultant
Platform: Kubernetes
Focus: Transparency, security compliance, performance reporting, stakeholder alignment, accessibility
The Treasury Board Secretariat needed a clear and user-friendly digital platform to track, manage, and report on cross-departmental government initiatives. The goal was to empower internal teams to monitor progress in real time while providing the public with accessible, transparent updates on key government priorities.
Previous tracking efforts were scattered across PDFs, spreadsheets, and siloed dashboards—making updates slow, reporting inconsistent, and data nearly impossible to interpret at a glance.
